    VALE DARYL HOARE
    12 Jan 20
In sad news, Daryl Hoare passed away on Thursday 9th January after a four year battle with cancer. In typical fashion, he was upbeat and positive til the end. Daz served as Secretary of the West Preston Lakeside football club, as a great helper around the junior football club and as asst coach of u15 & u17 teams. All those fortunate enough to come into contact with him will remember a friendly and kind man who was full of life and who never had a bad word to say about anyone. Daz was a great family man and was a committed teacher who strove always to do the best he could for all of his students. That he loved his family goes without saying. He will be sorely missed by all of us who had the pleasure and privilege of his company. Daz was a man who showed great kindness to others in their troubles, and great courage in his own. A great man and Clubman who will be missed. Condolences to Kay and family from all of us at the Roosters.

MOVEMBER MESSAGE FOR ALL OUR BLOKES.
    24 Nov 19
As were in the middle of Movember, we thought we share some tips regarding mens health for all our blokes out there. 1. Spend time with people who make you feel good. Stay connected. Your mates are important and spending time with them is good for you. Catch up regularly, check in and make time. 70% of men say their friends can rely on them for support, but only 48% say that they rely on their friends. In other works: we’re here for out mates, but worried about asking for help for ourselves. Reaching out is Crucial. 2. Talk, more. Anything to get you moving.
