    2018 REUNION - 1978 UNDER 18 PREMIERSHIP
    26 May 18
"It was great to see a good turn up of members from the 1978 Under 18 Premiership team at the clubrooms on Saturday 12th May. The team played in the Preston District Junior Football Association on Saturday afternoons with our home ground being Zwar Park behind Preston Tech . One topic of conversation in every group at one point or other, was that they couldn't believe that 40 years had passed since they played football together.

    2018 REUNION - 1988/1993 Review
    26 May 18
Great turnout from the members of West Preston's first A Grade DVFL Premiership in 1988 and first double in 1993. Anthony Dobson flew in from Darwin and led proceedings, Clifford came from Far North Queensland Mark Schiferle from up north and John Tex Hogan from Mirboo North. There were a couple of late scratching with Craig Davis flight aborted due to a recent promotion David Arthur had sick children and a couple just didn't front. The day started with the presentation of no 18 to 3rd generation Aidan Tilley now we all know how important the Tilley name is to West Preston but did we forget how dry Laurie's humour is.

It was a great day and well supported - the same old yarns were recycled with the predictable variations depending on memory and poetic licence.
